Our Day Of Coordination includes overseeing the decorating of your ceremony and reception (making sure EVERYTHING is as you’ve planned), overseeing table set up, placement of seating cards, centerpieces, favor table or favors set out, decoration of gift table, cake table, head table, and ensuring your day is perfect.

Full Day of Coordination includes everything in the basic package and also 10 hours of consultations to be used for planning purposes as determined by you, coordination of the wedding rehearsal, and assistance throughout the day and through the start of your reception dinner.

Our Month of Coordination package is not just services for the day of your event. Our comprehensive package includes up to 10 hours on the event day, and many hours of planning prior to your event as we pull together all the details to ensure a smooth and stress-free day. We will handle all the details including contact and communication with your vendors to develop a schedule that runs smoothly and works for everyone. On-site coordination and supervision at your ceremony and during the reception. This includes working with all vendors including the venue, florist, musicians, photographer, and baker on their set up and schedule fulfillment.
